MBPGSA x GPSN Weekly Virtual Yoga from 7-8pm Until end of June 2022!

MBPGSA x GPSN Virtual Yoga session *Registration now required* (held every Monday at 7pm with a professional instructor until end of June!)

Medical Biophysics GSA and the Graduate Peer Support Network are hosting a series of Yoga classes throughout the summer for graduate students. Join us and de-stress with a calming yoga routine, which includes simple full body stretching and breathing techniques. Our professional instructors will lead us through gentle full body stretching to help ease grad school tensions and create a space for relaxation and meditation.

Camera during each session is optional and you're also welcome to join late or leave early from class. Class is from 7-8pm! 

If you have attended our previous sessions, please note that registration is required now through this form, and a UofT Email must be provided.

You will be sent a Zoom link and passcode after registration. If this is your first time joining a fitness class hosted by GPSN, please also fill out the following mandatory form prior to attending class
