Description
The Zeiss Apotome 2 Microscope provides widefield and Apotome structured illumination that removes out-of-focus light to achieve confocal-like optical sectioning. The microscope is also equipped with an Axiocam 506 mono camera and an ICc5 color camera, Definite Focus and an incubation system for live-cell imaging with regulated temperature, CO2 and humidity.
