"Being a life science student at U of T, opened the door to incredible research opportunities. Participating in research let me explore a wide range of topics and discover new interests. Through the university’s partnerships with leading hospitals and research centres like UHN and CAMH, I also had the chance to engage in diverse, course-based projects that enriched my learning in meaningful, hands-on ways.

The wide range of elective courses meant I could specialize in the areas I was most drawn to — for me, that included public health and health policy. Most of all, the community at U of T — from my fellow students to the faculty — is incredibly supportive and fun to be part of. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every step of my journey here."
