The Zeiss Axio Scope A1 is an upright wide-field microscope used for the routine examination of immunohistochemistry (IHC) slides in both transmitted light and fluorescence labeled applications.
The microscope features LED white light for color-stable transmitted light images and integrated LED fluorescence illumination at four wavelengths (365, 470, 540 and 625 nm) for fluorescence techniques.
Five high NA Apochromat objective lenses are available (5x, 20x and 40x dry, and 63x and 100x oil) providing the operator with a wide range of specimen magnification.
Zen software controls the Axio Scope and provides a user-friendly environment for routine point and snap digital imaging.
