The National Security Guidelines for Research (NSGRP) process is moving to CIHR grants that have a corporate component, and the STRAC policy will be added to all CIHR grants. We encourage researchers to contact researchsecurity@utoronto.ca for a risk assessment, well before they put a corporate partner on a grant, particularly for the smaller partnership grants that may have less flexibility.
