About Us: 

Our mission is to provide graduate trainees with resources, networking opportunities, and practical experience required to transition successfully into consulting and related industries. 

Our Impact at U of T: 

• We educate and train a cohort of >440+ new trainees each academic year, via in-person and online programming. 
• We connect trainees with Top 30 consulting firms and graduate alumni in various sectors including: healthcare, life sciences, strategy, and technology. 
• Over the last 3 years, >75% of participants from our most competitive programming now hold jobs in consulting or related industries.

Whether you are beginning to explore management consulting as a career path or currently in the process of recruiting for a firm, case competitions are a fantastic opportunity to develop your collaborative problem-solving skills.

In our virtual 11-day beginner case competition, Establishing a Foothold, participants will work in teams to tackle real-life business challenges and present their solutions to judges from our partnering firms. This unique opportunity will help participants assess their aptitude and enthusiasm for a career in management consulting while also learning from judges who have successfully transitioned into the industry.
