Cross-Border Network - FREE Captive Escape Room and Shared Meal Event

You’re invited to attend the next Cross-Border Network event!

About the Cross-Border Network: The goal of the Cross-Border Health Education Student Support Network (CBN) is to support international students in their transition into life at the university and the city. CBN offers a welcoming environment for international and domestic students to network and build relationships, access key supports and resources, and have fun! Domestic students are also invited to join the Network and attend social events where they can interact with international students to share their lived experiences and knowledge about Toronto and U of T and facilitate a smooth transition into university life. Currently, only students enrolled at the U of T Temerty Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education are eligible to join.

CBN Captive Escape Room and Shared Meal Event

Location: Meet at 351 Yonge St (Basil Box Restaurant) at 4:30pm ET
Date: Saturday, November 27, 2021
Time: A free shared meal at Basil Box from 4:30pm-5:45 ET, followed by a free escape room event at Captive Escape Room from 5:55pm-7pm ET.

Details: We have secured 30 tickets for domestic and international students at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education to attend the Captive Escape Room together on Saturday, November 27. Before we head to the escape room, we will share a meal at Basil Box to do some fun socializing activities and get to know each other.

Captive Escape Room hosts some of the most exciting and interactive escape rooms in downtown Toronto. Escape rooms are fun, interactive games that involve a team of players working together to solve puzzles and mysteries in order to escape a themed room within a limited amount of time.

Costs of the tickets AND the meal will be covered by the CBN program. Due to the limited amount of tickets, this event will only be open to the first 30 students that sign up. Register today to ensure your spot!  Please RSVP by November 24
